It's not that much about the feel but there's nothing strong, as effective, widely avaliable and cheap
Tea sucks, I drink mate once in a while but it's just not the same

I stopped drinking coffee just like that.
I actually felt better without it. Now I’m not sure it has produced anything. I’m on month two of no caffeine.

check the tea general for more detail but I recommend yunnansourcing
the difference between low and high quality tea is quite shocking, the black tea that actually has flavour

i still occasionally drink coffee, but what i did to stop my dependence on it was make cold brew at the beginning of each week and limit myself to drinking only from that batch. i gradually lowered the amount i made each week and completely stopped drinking it on weekends.
as i did this, i replaced coffee with tea. matcha is great but not a cheap alternative. see if there are any teahouses/tea shops where you live. i live in a small flyover college town, but there are plenty of specialty options near me
