If you cook it on a high temp bottom rack for a short period the mozza doesn't cook as much. My guess is that this pizza was cooked on 700 for 3 min.

I've bought some expensive buffalo mozzarella a couple times but I have never been able to make it taste better than regular mozzarella on a pizza. watery like that just doesn't taste good but there has to be a way.
ironically the frozen buffalo mozzarella pizza from lidl (their most expensive handmade one) actually has that special taste but the dough is shit. I wonder how they got the mozzarella right

Flyovers literally cannot conceive of pizza as anything but a vehicle to shovel greasy meats into their faces. The idea that you should even be able to taste the crust at all is confusing to them, hence their either throwing them away or dipping them in ranch or garlic "butter."
