Cauliflower is better for cooking in soup/stew/curry because with broccoli the little florets will get everywhere

Have both, fgt. Cooly-flower is more versatile, though.

The only problem I have is just that colinflower is more consistent in how it turns out.

>> No.18795071

Broccoli is technically "healthier", but cauliflower is far more versatile and has a better flavor and texture when cooked properly.

>> No.18796709

How is Colin flour more versatile? Broc has way more uses

Collieflower goes well with almost anything because of its near total lack of flavor.

Cauliflower is great along with cabbage, as a substitute of pasta mac'n'cheese.
Do a 50:50 of cottagecheese + whatever other cheese you want, and you cut down a lot on the fat.

They all came from wild mustard. People just selected for different things when cross breeding, larger leaves, larger buds etc.

Also I love cauliflower but it needs ranch though raw broccoli is good with just lime and salt. Also this is great you should get it when in AZ.

beetroot, sugar beets, and swiss shard are descendants of something called a sea beet- which grows on coastlines around the world nowadays. they're native to west europe, africa and southern asia.

they're quite tasty actually. they have a pretty high salinity. pic related

You are correct, but cauliflower is cheaper and lasts longer where I live, so I buy it more

Is that pickled in pepperoncini pepper vinegar? That sounds good. I used to work at a restaurant that had a secret oil sauce to soak the falafel in on the grill, it was banana pepper vinegar mixed with olive oil and I don't remember whatever else. So good, wish I remembered the whole recipe, I'd make falafel pitas

>> No.18797524

As stated earlier by someone else, yes broccoli is better on its own than solitary cauliflower. But I would argue that cauliflower is more versatile in cooking and especially in vegetarian diets is a staple for really any recipe involving chicken if you fry it up with a milk and flour skin first.

Yes but there’s chilito peppers as stated in the ingredients list but only a handful of them at the bottom of the jug. Cauliflowers hot enough though.

Does it really matter if you aren't a vegan or lardass? I don't care if cauliflower can be used for rice when I have no problem eating rice.

You can use it in more dishes, it doesn't have to be a replacement. Most if the time it IS a superior replacement for rice, though. Especially roasted.
