I have invented a recipe for weight loss I call "caustic salad".

>raw onion diced or in half moons
>sliced fresh or pickled jalapeños
>vinegar
>salt
>pepper
>maybe garlic powder or some other low/no calorie spice

A serving (consisting of 1 onion and 1 jalapeño) is under 50 calories. It's filling as any raw vegetable, but the magic lays in the flavour and what it does to the stomach. As you can imagine it's extremely potent and doesn't take much to satisfy. Secondly, it makes me actually sick and I lose my appetite. Don't eat too much or you might throw up a little.

If the Jalapeños aren't potent enough, use a spicier pepper to your tolerance or ideally slightly spicier than what is comfortable. Have whenever hungry and with a lot of water.
