In an American way, I suppose it is.
When you eat sugary bull-shit food every day, I don't think you could do worse.
Everyone in America seems to think their diet is optimal, even though they stare away from vegetables and anything that is not mass farmed, like beef and chickens.
While there are small encleves of farmers markets, the majority is food-barn so called supermarkets that only have a certain stock level of the things Americans want to eat.
Otherwise it won't sell and will not stay on the shelves.
And before you blow me off as a foreigner or a Euro, I lived in the US for 15 years.
I came home to get decent food.
