i work in the coffee industry.
i prefer to put half and half in my drip coffee.
i drink espresso shots 1:1 with steamed milk, with a dollop of foam, and straight. i dont suppose i prefer one method over the other, as theyre too different.
that said, terrible coffee needs milk in some form, if you are to mask its poorer qualities. lastly, putting sugar in any coffee that you are going to drink is a sin that is not forgivable, by man or god.
