I ate a bunch of these yesterday and had the girthiest most painful poop of my life today, it felt like it lasted hours. I tried smushing my buttcheeks together to cut it off but it didn’t help, then I was seriously considering shoving my fingers up my bum (straight through the turd) to break it up a bit. I’m just glad I didn’t get a hernia through all this, it was like shitting out a bowling ball, I should’ve snapped a pic but I was nearly in tears.

In general they were decent, good even after awhile, but not worth it.

What to do when your poop is too hard

There are a few things you can try if your poop is too hard:

Drink more water: Dehydration can cause constipation, so make sure you're drinking enough water throughout the day.

Eat more fiber: A diet high in fiber can help to bulk up the stool and make it easier to pass. Good sources of fiber include fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Exercise regularly: Physical activity can help to stimulate bowel movements.

Try over-the-counter laxatives: If your constipation persists, you may want to try an over-the-counter laxative. There are several types available, including fiber supplements, stool softeners, and stimulant laxatives.

See a doctor: If your constipation is severe or persistent, it's a good idea to see a doctor. They can help determine the underlying cause and recommend a treatment plan.
