I'd call it "Mother Lovers". It would cater to an elite clientele and for an extra fee you can request the woman who was milked for your meal to sit at the table and talk to you while you eat.

I'd start a short order grill, I'd lay it out like one of those Turkish hole in the wall kebab places with a counter up front, a huge fan at the back so the whole street could smell what's good and have some poor cunt up at 6AM prepping salad and making sauce.

Huge outlay in terms of infrastructure, very hard to roster staff across multiple sections.
Expecting FOH to be cafe trained, bar trained and do the lifting in bakery is a recipe for disaster.

I used to work in a place exactly like that and it went under. Opening for 12 hours every day fucked the front of house staff, they'd get in at 6 to set up the cafe bakery and if we didn't have enough staff then they would end up doing 11+ hour shifts, they made mistakes because they were exhausted, most walked off the job after a few months.

Bakeries don't use wood fired ovens, it's horribly inefficient. Wood fired pizza is also inefficient so your really limited in terms of take away.
Alcohol sales carried our dinner service and if we took too many take away orders it fucked the dine in pizza. People who come to pick up pizza are often app drivers who won't hang around and will refuse to carry your orders.

The Turks get this right by using a modern conveyor oven, selling all manner of flat bread, and keeping coffee service to a bare, bare minimum. If people want some oat milk frappe shit tell them to fuck off and go to Starbucks, you can't compete with places like starbucks

I've always wanted to open an old-school pub. Big fuckin fireplace I'm sure we'd never light because customers are fucking stupid and government regulations, old scuffed wooden beams, dim lighting. Good, rich, hearty food that fills your stomach and sticks to your ribs. Roasts, stews, big heavy sandwiches on rye, a plate of mediocre but reasonably-priced nachos for those faggots. The head chef fought in some non-descript war and knows 106 ways to kill someone, the hostess is in her late 50s and has 37 children, at least ten of which "Oh, darlin', yer jus the spittin' image of."
