When I was 10 or so in 1996 McDonalds had some "kids work for a day!" thing with our Elementary school, and it was this whole big deal where it was like a "field trip" to McDonald's, and we all had to serve one customer under close supervision by a good employee. Anyway I royally fucked it, and my tard ass couldn't do anything due to social anxiety and pressure to be good. The girl had to take over and be like "ahaaaaa I got thissss".

Then after I ordered chicken nuggets, and the woman who helped me took my order, and I looked down at the ground, because she just took my order like normal, and said nothing about me working there. Then she said "you did great" after I got my food.

Perhaps you weren't a tard, but instead your blood was too noble to do peasant work

I can remember going to the Hut (TM) when I was a kid with a church group of all things and they had us make our own personal pan pizzas
Not sure what it had to do with Jesus but it was yummy

ah good to see that after 10 months of being away from this board, I post a frog and get a reliable "no one cares frogposter" from you. I know it's you, because you say it every time there's a frog on this board, and no other board does it occur nor is it reliable as this, slow-moving, food and cooking board. Once again I will tell you that I don't do things because people care. I do things because I want to, and you can't do a god damn thing about it. My post pertains to food and cooking, and I had a nice, little Apu for the thread.

same lmao home improvement stores and pizza both for way too long

i was such a fuckin fatass too i would use the house bread and wipe the alfredo pans and eat the alfredo soaked bread before the dishwasher got to it.

and there was this huge intimidating guy like 6'5" mexican/white guy who ate a slice of my pizza, and I got mad, and the catty waitress overheard and told him, and he was like MY BAD DOG HERE YOU GOI GOT YOU A NEW ONE. He was so fucking nice about it I felt like a complete jackass for caring about my pizza slice. Then he drove off listening to chopped n screwed (houston bro)

I

I remember one time in elementary school, like in second grade or so around 1990 or 91, and we took a "field trip" to the big mall in the nearest large town (which was like two and a half hours away or so, I'm a ruralfag). I had been there with my parents tons of times for this or that, my dad's "main" office was there, but I remember all the kids looking out the windows of the bus in awe of the skyscrapers as they had never seen one before.
>ANON ISN'T THIS COOL
>not really
>ANON IS WEIRD HAHAHAHAHA THIS IS AWESOME

They went ice skating and I didn't wanna go, so I snuck off to the arcade on my own and got in major trouble. Principal called my parents and everything. They just laughed.

Millennials have a reputation for having helicopter parents, but I was pretty much on my own the majority of the time. Guess that's why I'm so maladjusted.

I was a bartender at a country club for a bit in undergrad. After I graduated, I needed another job to tide me over so I went to work at another country club but the club manager lied to me about the gig. She said I would be a bartender, but she only let me be a server. Turns out one of the bartenders, a middle aged woman, was a prostitute on the side and would fuck the members. One of the beer cart girls told me she tried to convince her to join in for easy money, but she didn't want to fuck for money since she was a virgin. Turned out she was 16 years old. I called corporate and the police and ratted them out.

I probably would've kept my mouth shut had the club manager not lied to me about the job.
