Try using more oil. I prefer to fill the pan so that it almost covers the whites. Then I cover it and swirl a little bit. I think it helps set the whites and give it a good shape. Then I make sure it's not sticking by testing with my spatula before covering and cooking until the whites are fully set. I guess you could say they're poached in the oil really. The trick is to go slow. I also sometimes like to use some fancier olive oil to give them that flavor.
