Been starting to get into making smoothies in the morning using just frozen fruit and plain yogurt, trying to work out the best combinations of liquid/solid ingredients to make them easy to blend without turning out too watery say the end. Currently I do about 400-500g frozen fruit (usually combo of bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberry/blackberry) and about 300g of plain whole milk yogurt and that seems to work out okay, but I also started making frozen yogurt when my yogurt was getting close to going bad (I'm making the yogurt fresh in large batches so I don't always get through all of it quickly) and wanted to try messing around with my ratios to use the frozen stuff for smoothies. Not sure if I should replace some of the frozen fruit with fresh, or replace some of the yogurt with another liquid like fruit juice or what.

Because I lied and am jealous of Braum’s had I made it, the banana halves would have bee erect rather than lying flat on top of each other covered by the ice cream and I would have poured the topping syrups over better.
