Wow anon, this is really cool. At first I thought this might be a gimmicky cast iron skillet like those $200 matty matheson pieces of shit that can’t distribute heat very evenly, but looking closer this is a really nice piece with great craftsmanship.

I’d break it in with a steak, either filet mignon or ribeye, and then I’d make a gravy in it with the fond.
