How does it feel knowing that all of your nonstick pans are now obsolete?

Thankfully I don't need to fry eggs upside down. I feel bad for Mexicans though.

Is that... a pro-stick pan?

I don't have any. My first one got a few scrarches and I immediately realized that if I replaced it I would eventually have to replace the replacement. Nonstick is for suckers.

>use cast iron, carbon steel, or stainless steel pots and pans coated with nothing more than polymerized fats
>use stainless steel utensils
>never have any problems and stop plastic from touching your hot food entirely
VS
>use non-stick pan coated with cancerous materials
>have to use plastic utensils on all your hot food
>non-stick coating may eventually flake off no matter how careful you are
Stop choosing to ingest plastics.

I don't have to because I don't have nonstick. Also, the scratches were probably from letting it lean on a metal rack.
