"London Pizza" is popular there. I know of several. Ive seen other places offer it though. Ive seen it on some menus near me in the North West but can't recall specific stores as theres loads and I don't get it. They use the London Pizza name to. No idea why it got that name

I once tried to make an Ethiopian-style pizza. Dry-pan frying the injera bread got it a little bit stiff so that one could just about hold together an entire slice. After that it was just layers of a tomato-based dish and a layer of a meaty dish spread on top, with some light drizzles of a yogurt sauce. It turned out really good, though apart from the portion style it's not much different from what you'd expect to get at an Ethiopian restaurant.

The cheese is covered - the little bit visible in the lower left is slightly out of focus or blurred. It's not fresh out of the oven by any means (delivery time) but it's probably still warm. The sauce goes on cold, but by the time it's delivered, it will also be warm.
