i had burgies for dinner so i tried some different toppings. the egg and bacon is a 4/10 - overwhelms the flavor of the beef, do not do this.
the blue cheese and pickles is a 6/10. nice flavor but still felt like the cheese was stealing the spotlight. perhaps a smaller amount melted into a sauce would be better. and skip the pickles!
the best one by far was the truffle gouda and onions burger. now that was a great one. i could easily taste the delicious beef as the gouda does not have an excessively strong taste. it is unaged, so it only enhances the flavor with a nice sweet and nutty aroma (because of the truffles). superb, highly recommended.
in conclusion, if sneed didn't want people to be fucked by chuck, he should've bought a different store.
