I was considering making a smoothie with greek yoghurt and blueberries tomorrow to treat myself for dieting and because I can't remember the last time I had fruit, but then I worked out the calories and it has about the same calories as a 600mL bottle of full sugar coca-cola. Feel like it would set me back at least a month.
