So I have a pretty routine method of eating. I have a pre-meal bit of lite snacking before dinner. It's usually a bit of cheese with some tuna. I like to have that little bit of meat, but apparently eating tuna every day is bad for you? What can I replace it with? Like I said I like that little bit of meat, but I'd like it to be quick, easy, and preprepared. I've tried salmon but it's pretty expensive.

Sausage of choice or jerky maybe? Does it need to be sea-meat? Kippers are good but kinda pricey I guess. If it's just snacking then maybe pork rinds?

Pâté, sardines, lox, any kind of dried sausage, any kind of smoked meat, any kind of tapenade. I like to snack a bit before dinner while the food is cooking and usualy have any variation of the spreadables/meats I've cited above on a salted cracker. I've never had tuna on a cracker on it's own before though because it's a bit bland.
