>brownie batter is delicious
>hate baked brownies, won't even eat them because they're an unworthy use of daily calorie limit and waste of gas/electricity to turn the oven on for them
At least cookies are still decent but why do brownies suck so much

Maybe you could try making and baking them with less temperature for a longer time? That might help with any burning, can't say much for the moistness of the finished recipe.
I can't remember the last time I had brownies but it's been a while. Never baked 'em myself.

That's because you are literally letting your brownies burn, moron.
Good brownies are fudgy. Raise your oven rack, lower the temp and check them as they cook. As soon as they develop the crust, they are ready.

You're going to get worms from eating raw batter.

Only if he lives in a third world country that don't allow him to eat raw eggs. Surely no civilized place has this problem, right anon?

Ditch the american brownies.
How do you know they are american? Huge baking time plus there's baking powder/soda added, that turns them cakey.
Take the eurobrownie pill, bake them for ~15', no more than 20'.

The smell of the burnt chocolate is very bitter and off putting
Just put the brownie in the fridge and eat it the next day and its less revolting

This OP. What you want OP aren't brownies but flourless chocolate cakes.

That said your brownies were probably made using standard cocoa powder which is super lean and results in a dry end product. You want a high fat cocoa powder (22-24% fat) in any chocolate recipe whether natural or dutch-process:

It never crossed your mind that you might be overcooking them? Overcooking them a LOT? "Burnt" wasn't a fucking hint?? Anon...

This is the same as complaints about cookies being worse than cookie dough, so many anons that don't realize they just suck at baking. I can't totally blame them though because I got terrible results until I realized my oven runs like 90F hotter than it says. Now I bake brownies at "275" and take them out at around 190-195F internal, and they're awesome. Lern 2 cook
