My favorite was Hot Mama's Nr.5. They had it in a store near me years ago. Now it's impossible to get anywhere. It wasn't especially hot, but the taste was incredible.
As far as hotness goes, Da Bomb Beyond Insanity is the hottest i've had so far. Tastes like shit by itself, but it's good to bring some heat in various dishes.

Marie Sharp's brand of hot sauces are some of the best for the money. They have a decent heat profile and a nice fresh backing. Versatile, good for a lot of foods. It's also run by an old Belizean lady and not some beaded hipster cunt or a boomer faggot.

Marie Sharp's gives me every type of indigestion imaginable. This doesn't happen with any other variety of hot sauce. It also smells like an armpit.

For me it's El Yucateco Xtra Hot, Crystal, Valentina black label, Tabasco's habanero variety, Trappeys pickled peppers, and Cholula's green pepper variant. El Yucateco is the champion of mass produced hot sauce because it tastes identical to hot sauce that I make from my garden with habaneros.
