even cooking throughout the slice uniform shape and size. bread like crust, thin sauce, shelf stable cheese. taste like a ny pizza without the hard crust bottom.
garlic sauce is 2 cloves of garlic 1/4 pinch of salt. puree add olive oil to make a emulsion add Mayo to taste for harsh garlic flavor.

I actually tried every brand of frozen pizza my Walmart has over the summer and put pretentious reviews in the family group chat as a bit. I'll just copy paste it over.

>Jacks: Baseline. Not as good as it used to be. Tolerable crust, tangy sauce, sad cheese.
>Digiorno: Better than I remember. Bland but innoffensive pillsbury-esque crust, tolerable sauce, actually good cheese.
>Digiorno croissant crust: The same, except the crust has weirdly defined layers. Less croissant, more pillsbury flaky biscuit.
>Red Baron: The absolute fucking worst. Is the crust made of sandstone? Sure seems that way. Why is the sauce sweet? Cheese?
>Motor City Pizza Co.: Fucking vile. Inedible. Really good cheese, but the sauce is fucking disgusting. Thick, sweet, over-garlic'd fucking lasagna sauce.
>Tony's: School cafeteria, complete with lumpy crust and weirdly orange sauce. Even has an i-spy game on the back of the box. Not even enough cheese to register a taste. Pepperoni has a little kick though, which really carries it. Slightly better than Red Baron.
>Tombstone: Going to have to try again. Followed the directions printed on the package, and the crust burnt. Sauce is good though, cheese is tasty, and they didn;t skimp on the pepperoni. Slices AND cubes under the cheese. So far actually my favorite, if not for the burnt crust.
>Home Run Inn: $7, but worth it. It tastes like actual pizza. Crispy almost wonton-esque crust, good cheese, bland-but-definitely-tastes-like-tomatoes sauce.
>Palermos: Only makes self-rising pizza. A sprinkle of half-decent cheese and a spoonful of bland sauce on a FUCKING LOAF OF BREAD. THERE IS SO MUCH DOUGH.
>And Walmart doesn;t sell any other pizzas, so that's that. Homerun Inn is the best, Tombstone comes in second at half the cost, so load up on them if you're feeling fat.

So there you go.

I almost always add stuff to my frozen pizza, cheese, pepppers, onions, sauted mushrooms,
and always garlic butter, get a spoon of butter in a small dish, add equal amount of vegetable oil, jarred chopped garlic, a bit of salt pepper onion powder. and microwave it a couple times while stirring in between

the cheap frozen pizzas all suck! and I'm not buying the expensive ones. so now I just make some sauce by using one of those stick blenders on some canned diced tomatoes with italian seasoning and extra oregano added
brush that garlic oil on a piece of naan bread and broil it in the toaster oven
when it's nicely browned put on the sauce cheese and toppings. bake it for 5-7 minutes and broil for 1-2 minutes
brush more of that garlic oil on the crust when it's done and wala

This was the most amazing frozen pizza I ever had, especially if you slightly undercooked the center, so the cheese was gooey and the crust was fluffy and soft. They stopped selling it a few years ago, at least where I live. They have a circular version out there, but it's a cheap substitute.

This just makes me really glad I dont do frozen pizzas. instead I just buy the pre-baked crusts like bobolli or some other generic brand
buy a jar of sauce, usually ragu or progresso
buy a lump of mozarella
buy a stick of boar's head pepperoni, yeah its expensive but you're never gonna use more than a 6th of that stick on a single pizza. even if you love pepperoni you'll probably get bored of chopping them before you use up much of this on a single pizza.
and buy a thing of cherry tomatoes. mince up 2 or 3 cherry tomatoes with some garlic and throw it in the sauce with extra herbs and spices.

boom.
pizza that's better than frozen. ever time. and usually better than the worse pizza chains.

I put the following in an empty spice container for the purposes of rehabilitating frozen Jacks/Red Baron/store brand pepperoni pizzas (percentages approximate):
- 50% garlic powder
- 8% onion powder
- 5% dried basil
- 7% dried oregano
- 1% powdered sage
- 6% crushed red pepper
- 3% cajun spice mix (slap ya mama here, but could replace with black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt)
- 10% powdered parmesan cheese (includes 3% anticaking cellulose agent aka wood)
- 10% powdered romano cheese (includes 6% anticaking cellulose agent aka wood)

shake well and sprinkle on frozen pizza prior to baking for optimal incorporation into the existing cheese and grease
