I went in to the war hating most of the places so I had low expectations.
Popeyes, BK and KFC were top 3.
Popeye's was the best overall, good meat, good breading that didn't fall off, good flavor.
BK's Ch'king had the best flavor but the meat wasn't great and the breading was a bit flimsy.
KFC had the best meat but barely any breading and not a lot of flavor.
Bojangles, Wendys, and CFA are the bottom 3.
CFA was by far the worst. Soggy damp breading, frozen grocery store quality meat.

This was my favorite fast food chicken sandwich of all time. I averaged eating like 5 of these a week. I was DEVASTATED when Mcdonald's discontinued it. Nothing ever came close to the deliciousness that was this sandwich.

First it was chicfila with their spicy chicken.
Then Popeyes blew them away with a thicker patty, better bun and god tier pickles.
Then somehow burgerking of all places took the crown with their hot oil dipped nashville spicy chicking.
Then for some reason they stopped carrying it after a month and it became just a copycat of popeyes but still better somehow. And then they dropped that and just copied mcdonalds shitty sandwich and now it blows.
So popeyes is still the best all around, kfc pretty close second.

I'll agree with that much, in that you can replace "goyslop" with little effort to make something more precise and targeted, but it's likely more neutral, less vitriolic, and will either be intentionally shat on by bottom barrel posters or just ignored. I don't think that's worth pandering to so I never see a use for it.

Otherwise I just think it's going to be used by anyone who doesn't feel like it cheapens what they have to say - which is anyone who either uses 4chan as a dump intentionally, or doesn't perceive it as low quality. Plenty of independent adults that wouldn't be called babies who are like that.
