Mix yolks with Dijon mustard, a very small amount of mayo so it doesn't end up runny. Salt, pepper, chili powder, dill. A touch of sweet relish. Optionally a can of deviled ham so you can make deviled deviled eggs. Garnish with more smoked paprika.
