This guy cooks massive amounts of food of all sorts and traditional Chinese manner and then has his whole family and all his friends over to eat and he comes out with a new video every single day.

He spends half the video cooking and the other half of the video is he and his family eating. Just lots of lip smacking yummy sounds. Not ASMR stuff because I don't use headphones to get shivers like those weirdos. It's just comforting to see people enjoying a meal with family.

My biggest fear now is that his celebrity status will rise to the point where the channel is inevitably ruined when famous people show up to cash-in on his rising popularity. That's how they destroyed Campfire Cafe on RFDTV back in the day. One day it's just a good old boy out on the range cooking cowboy food and the next day he's in a fucking kitchen with some goddamn country singer. The show sucked and got canceled after that.

One hope is that Uncle Rural is some sort of CCP propaganda and they aren't going to change the formula. I'm not being convinced to become a communist though. If anything I want a big fucking house with a huge garden and loads of outdoor cooking equipment.
