And everything I said is true, especially the part where they stuff the bun so high you cant even bite it.
The whole medium well burger fad came into play after the boomers left restaurants and we ralized that meat is good enough quality that it doesnt need to have texture like shoe sole. It worked great there so lets do the same thing with hamburgers, completely fucking up good food, going exactly into the pit of darkness between cooked and raw meat.

Yes, they actually were. You went to McDonalds and had a great burger.
It even looked like what you see in picture, the whole restaurant has completely different standard then what is in US.
Then you had classical restaurants where they cooked classical meals and bars and pubs.
Today, anything new that opens is faggy wannnabe combination of all 4, where they try everything and fail at everything.
Worst part is, it is not even market, they constatly go bankrupt but somehow 2 always take its place. What the fuck is so hard at not being hipster faggot and picking something ?
