pasta salad with chickpeas
my recipe is chickpeas soaked a day and then oven until soft. next we dice red onion, grape tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese into the bowl with chickpeas and add some boiled but chilled penne or rigatoni. i love beans and pasta can be good sometimes but generally dont mix well in my opinion.
