I like the idea as long as the egg isn’t too runny, and this is coming from someone who likes them over-easy for breakfast. The yolk is so powerful that too much of it overpowers the rest of the flavors, but don’t right it can be great. Done wrong and its a super wet runny egg flavored greasy mess.
