Have had about two glasses of this. Love it. I usually add a bit more water than I do with other scotches, but once you do that it's smooth and nice.

I experienced that. Makes the first sips different, more open in flavour, but then the remaining parts become watery or just alcoholic. It works if you only drop water on small amounts of whisky.

I had a shit life. I started to drink to be happy for once in my life, and I cant quit so I keep doing it. My dad used to beat me when he wa s drunk. He used to play "helicopter" with me. It was where hed grab my dog by its back legs and start spinning around making helicopter noises, and then throw it across the room telling me to "go fetch the helicopter". Sometimes it landed on the couch other times its head slammed into the wall. It went deaf and blind in an eye before dying probably of brain damage

Yeah, normally what I do is drink most of the dram neat and then add a few drops of water at the end

Yeah, I'd imagine it would, but I'd much rather just pour a decent sized dram and enjoy it for a couple hours than have to pour multiple drams over that time.
If you wanna pour multiple drams in one session or just have one teeny tiny dram, then you do you.

Does anyone here know their rums? Is Goslings Old Rum any good? For reference I've been drinking Pusser's Gunpowder Proof and Foursquare Sagacity and really liking those. One thing that gives me pause is the 80 proof on the Goslings.

he's right, literally all of these are girl drinks marketed towards women in Japan. men drink strong zero or pic rel, my personal favorite for chuhai. this is better than double-lemon strong zero or whatever because it's a very light touch of "flavor" compared to the formers sometimes febreeze like quality
