I eat pumpernickel toast with butter and low sodium vegemite and a 3 egg omelette every single morning for breakfast. I use low sodium vegemite not because of the salt, but because it's straight up a different recipe and has more B vitamins than regular vegemite.

I have stopped consuming any other kind of bread.
