I just don’t get it, a restaurant can make a burger 10x better if they get some decent heirloom tomatoes. Its way to easy to get them too. Everywhere has a farmers market and damn near every farmers wife brings their tomatoes to the market to sell because of how easy they are.

I had spinich and a few other mixed greens on a big ass hamburger and them wilting with the heat actually made it better.
Was delicious.
Rest of the burger was blue cheese, bacon and mayonnaise
