get a food processor or just a damned mortar and pestle (really, they're useful) and mix the honey into the peanut butter. It's even better with a little butter mixed in. If you're going for the more immediate heart attack sandwich, one up Elvis with this and add the bacon with a side of ice cream or something. Alternatively, switch out honey for maple syrup with a little cinnamon, and switch out wheat bread for corn bread. I haven't tried that with bacon, yet, but I assume it'd be equally as good, if not better. Might have to try that with jalapeno cheddar cornbread sometime if I really want to fuck myself up.
