I usually take what I'm drinking at lunch. I have the rare privilege of my workplace being a 20 second drive, or 3 minute walk from my home. Get home, heat up the kettle for some cup noodles, put on sportscentre or some animal channel, eat, go shit.

It's actually fucked up, but your employer has to "agree" to the law for them to be able to violate the law. 99% of places agree and can violate it, and it will state so in your hiring contract. They can not agree and don't have to give you those breaks, but that will also be disclosed in the hiring process.
