What’s the best brand of Mayo?

There was a deli I went to as a kid that had amazing mayo and I’ve found I can only find kinds like it in nice delis. Wish I knew the brand

I think putting my 70 year old grandma onto how much better Kewpie is than Hellmann's might be one of the last new things she incorporates in her life.

She made fun of me for saying Japanese mayo is the only kind I keep in my kitchen anymore. I left a bottle of it in her fridge and now she always ask when I'm going to the Asian grocery store so I can pick her up some more.

a lot of restaurants use some kind of extra heavy mayonnaise. it winds up being less messy because it doesn't drip off the spatula, and you can mix it with other shit and it doesn't turn to soup.
