Maybe 1% of the time you'd run into a dude who knows what it is and is willing to make it. 50% of the time a girl who has no clue what you're talking about and sounds annoyed and confused and thinks you're pranking her. 40% of the time a teenage guy who doesn't know what it is and is slightly less disgusted. 9% of the time they know what it is but won't make it for you since it isn't an official item and will just charge you for the individual items.
