Why does that happen to all cool cities? Austin, Seattle, Denver, Nashville, any city with any kind of somewhat interesting vibe going on is outrageously priced and unaffordable for anybody other than Google employees and rich Chinese immigrants. Not to mention the homeless situation in each of those cities is out of control.

Not only that, if you're out of school and single and live in a less desirable city your dating life will be shit because everybody either gets married super young or fucks off to NYC or wherever after college. No dating scene, the only guys to hang out with are divorced and have drinking problems, no music scene, nothing. Single women don't go out anymore, because they can just use the apps whenever they feel like dating, so meeting women organically is impossible, and on the apps it's either cock-carousel roasties or single moms desperately looking for their next baby daddy.

When I lived in Denver somebody suggested building a permanent homeless shelter area near a few wealthy houses, you would not believe the fucking outrage. Cops won't do shit if you don't live in one of those gated communities either btw, had my place and my neighbor's place broken into and the police didn't do shit, I had a crackhead violently banging on my door for an hour and the police never even showed up. They simply have stopped giving a shit because the people running the city don't care about anybody other than the richest people. They want everybody below a seven-figure net worth to leave the city so they can build a wall around Denver and Aspen and never have to deal with the riff-raff.
