What food will give me enough mental energy to power through a week long cram session?

>> No.18293049

Adderall brownies

>> No.18293050

Only food that even remotely gave me this effect are diet/zero calorie sodas that contained phenylalanine and caffeine.

Go to a doctor for Adderall or something.

1 heaping scoop of unrefined coconut oil in the morning. Eggs with gently seared lions mane mushrooms for lunch. Fatty fish for dinner.

Unironically, each day try to eat
>a few ounces of liver
>half a pound of ground beef
>a cup of spinach
>four eggs
>as much fruit as you want
I will not defend this opinion.

Open your mouth and close your eyes (don't peek!),
I'll give you the fuel to survive the week!

Sugar-free (so you don't crash) caffeine. Green tea doesn't have enough caffeine on its own but l-theanine will take the edge off of the caffeine from other sources.
Non-sugar carbohydrates are also important, because it's a marathon not a sprint.
Also keep in mind that other than being a caffeine junky I am talking out of my ass.

For me, it’s eggplant and the occasional carrot when I’m feeling extra crammy. For advanced crammers I’d recommend corn on the cob. Just be sure to take it nice and slow as cramming without proper technique can lead to some messy results. Good luck op!

Green tea has enough caffeine to give you a slightly noticeable boost if you don't already have a tolerance to it. As little as 25mg of caffeine can have benefits. You probably don't want to consume enough to feel jolted as that's more likely to lead to a crash after a few hours once it starts wearing off, you just need enough to feel less fatigued. And even though fruit has sugar it doesn't spike your blood sugar as much as something like a soda would, plus fruit can help you stay hydrated and it's not too heavy to make you feel sleepy after eating.

I just came back from travel and the first thing i ate was like 6 cups on frozen mixed vegetables it was so good. Probably becaue you dont get enough veg at restaurants no micronutrients just fat carbs and as little protein as they can get away with. So eat veg imo.

Oh and sometimes you can get a salad aka iceberg lettuce aka water, with your choice of fatty/sugary oil to put on it.
