Served it with mushrooms and deadbeat greenbean casserole. Steak was a couple minutes over. Shouldnt have trusted the instant read. Split in half with my wife. It rested. Just ate off the serving plate. Tell me what a loser I am

I blasted it full heat. Kept checking as the grill wanted to hit 600-700 from steak flares. I overcooked it because my wife cant cook a ftozen pizza and had to go in and outside while pissing around with the grill.
