I have stopped pan frying meat and have moved over to exclusively boiling or oven baking meat. Fuck the cleanup session after pan frying meat

I have a maid for that but you do you

How does the taste/texture compare to pan frying?

Sous vide plus a quick blowtorching outside meqns it's cooked perfect every time and zero cleanup.

Oven baked meat is better in every way

Boiled has shittier texture cause it gets a bit soggy, but you can turn it into a soup or stew and add any random veggies to get a new experience every time, without it tasting bad, without being able to fuck it up. It's also the most low effort kind of cooking imaginable that still gives you a guaranteed good result. My favorite is minced beef, copious amounts of onion, potato, and leek. Chop everything up, throw it in a big pot with water, boil, and that's it. Walk up to it and stir every 5-10 minutes.

Yum, I just love microplastics and plastic byproducts seeping deep into my meat! It adds such complex and rich flavors!

This just aerosolizes the grease that pops up so it gets even further and dirties even more surfaces.

You just wipe it down with a paper towel. Pan-fried meat has a really small cleanup profile.

How hot are you guys making your oil? For me, the "cleanup session" after frying meat is cleaning the pan. You dont need to be deep frying shit to brown meat on the stove.
