Im thinking i need to find a substitute for meat.
I love peanuts. I dont eat a lot of meat because its so expensive so I'll eat peanuts to get some protiens.

who else is making the switch from meat to nuts?

>> No.18198776

Notice how shills always attack random good stuff but you NEVER see them attack fast food or junk food or anything bad, only fruits and vegetables and clean water. Because this is want they want to take away from us.

fuck you I will enjoy the peanuts
I WILL NOT EAT THE BUGS
FUCK YOU

Peanuts are okay occasionally, but they shouldn't be your primary source of protein because they're just not that protein dense.

At least go for a more protein dense bean like black beans.
Consider a protein powder. The last time I checked they were a pretty good value for getting high quality protein. I used to get the "Now Sports" brand because it didn't have the questionable additives of other brands and was available for a good price.

peanuts are a great way to get lots of toxic PUFA so you can feel stressed and lethargic all the time from chronic inflammation

I eat them all the time. Soaked raw overnight with the skin in water with a lil sodium bicarb, then cook a bunch in the pressure cooker and eat over the week.

Fat ratios are good in natural peanuts. Inflammation only if they are coated in vegetable oils.

Chick peas are great. Just make sure you don't accidentally get garbanzo beans instead.

I attack fast food goyslop all the time, as well as seed oils and refined sugar. But none of that is relevant to this current thread, because this thread is about replacing meat with peanuts which is a retarded idea.
