Visiting the USA aisle at my supermarket store. Anything here worth getting?

>> No.18194526

Never understood why the "American" aisle in foreign supermarkets are packed with marshmallows. Do you guys really not have them? You only eat them if you're going camping and eating smores, or a mom making rice krispie treats.

>> No.18194539

They are made of corn syrup and that doesn't really exist anywhere else.

Your grocery store looks like a Mormon's doomsday pantry.

It looks like everything below the marshmallows is British. Nothing catches my eye. Maybe a bag of those salted in-shell peanuts and a 12 pack of beer. Have them with some cigarettes on your porch.

I've never seen any one of these brands aside from swiss miss. It's a hot chocolate and only used once a year where you microwave milk and mix it in. I'd maybe try the pumpking cans just to make pumpkin pie, especially if you've never had it, but even in the US they're not great because it takes added spices to make it worthwhile. It would be hard to tell how good that brand is, especially since I've never seen it before. It might take extra sugar or more spices like nutmeg/cloves/cinnamon.

I really wouldn't buy anything there aside from baking soda which you probably already have. Shitty american aisle. If you really want something maybe try the simply butter popcorn or peanut butter?

it must be made with hershys chocolate though, something about what makes it terrible by itself is also essential to a good s'more

honey graham cracker, hersheys chocolate, toasted (lightly to blackened to taste) marshmallow over wood campfire, top cracker
