I can't stand hot dogs. I like bratwurst though, and I have them on a brioche bun with caremalised onions, which I make slightly different to standard: sweat them with plenty of salt, then add balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and chilli powder. Serve with south carolina BBQ sauce.
