I make a scrambled egg bowl with chives and bacon. I’ll sometimes mix it up with cheese or maybe some everything bagel seasoning. But yeah, it is boring, 6/7 days of the week I just eat cheap food but it gets the job done. The positive side is it got me into cooking in the first place, I know how to cook eggs every way imaginable.
