I got one of those meme "copper" non sticks as a hand me down and even after using teflon and stainless, it's a good lazy daily driver that has held up nicely.

Not sure why you dislike teflon so much OP, you should stop using metal utensils on them

This type of cramic nonstick for me. I'll be getting a new one soon, and I don't even care about picking a fancy known brand because I know any reasonable pan like this does the job. Just gotta get one with a lid

Enameled because its cast iron but you can make a tomato dish without damaging the pan. Stainless steel is pretty good with heat control, its a good starter material to learn how temperature works. Teflon is literal poison no thanks.
