What types of chef clothing enhance your cooking speed, efficiency, and ability? Aprons are a must to prevent splashes and puddles from ruining your clothes. What else do you guys use? I have a face shield and long armed food safe gloves in case I need to fry bacon.

Good shoes are the single most important clothing item. I like running/jogging shoes because they're light and have great soles, but they also wear down really fast. They're not very safe either. Do you guys have any recommendations?
