Wow! I am a regular consumer, just like you and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the service that I have received as a result of my downloading the McDonalds app.

I really can't over the superior service provided. The app allows the drive-through cast to address me by name. This makes me, the average customer, feel more connected to my service industry friends. It brings natural small-community focus full circle in a really natural way. While some people may be put off by a perfect stranger knowing their name, I must say that I am truly satisfied.
