Muktuk and Akutuq pretty good, but it needs some nice acidic berries to bring out the flavour in the fat.
Casu marzu is crazy hard to find nowadays, but it's pretty mild and all you have to do to kill the maggots is cover the thing up.
Vegemite is fucking child's play. Pisses me off we no longer get cheesymite scrolls at our local Cob's.

Really depends on if it's served on its own or as it was intended... Surstromming isn't bad if it's served properly (In small amounts, with boiled potatoes, cabbage, and vegetables), but is ungodly on its own in large quantities. Same goes for vegemite, thinly spread on toast it's fine but 2 tbsp smeared on a saltine is going to choke most aussies.
