Bell peppers are shit and have zero place in any respectable dish. Zoomers and cooklets just put them in for "color" and "fresh vibes" when all they do is ruin every dish they touch. If you want a pepper, use any of the millions of cultivars of hot peppers. Adding them to a dish otherwise is like having onions that never caramelize or soften with none of the flavor. You'd probably get more complexity out of a handful of leaves than one of these.
