I've never eaten there, but the building looks nice. I can imagine how the interior looks. There used to be a chain of casual sit-down places called Tumbleweed. The food was typical Tex-Mex, nothing special, but the building was pleasant. It made you want to be there.

This was fun back in the day kind of like the chicken feed on the floor in a BBQ joint.

What I remember being good about Texas Roadhouse was their square pillowy bread rolls. They were either sweet, or just buttery on top, don't remember, but the butter with it was whipped honey butter. The dough was was delicious, so might have been a milk dough.
