My kitchen is always tidy, and not necessarily actually cleaned, but spritzed stovetop with some nice smelling cleaner and countertops are decrumbed aka spit shined nightly.
I wipe down the counters and start the dishwasher and take out the trash can liner, at bedtime nightly. Kitchen towels and any cloth dinner napkins are moved to the laundry room and thrown over the sink tub until I have a full load to wash.
Probably only weekly do I spritz the sink with bleach spray to keep the drains clean of any smells and to clean up any spots off of the ceramic sink areas. I don't usually have to clean the floors but every couple of weeks. I simply don't drop shit. Fridge shelves every 3-4 weeks and put back.
I empty the fridge drawers of expired items or rotten old veggies the day before trash days. I am bad at letting things expire before using them, alas, throw away a lot of fruit and veggies. I have a lot of old frozen meat I need to go and check dates and chuck items past the deadline on the next trash day too. I've had covid and haven't cooked a thing in 2 weeks from the pantry other than soup.
