I ordered some food from a local pizza and chicken place the other day. The fried chicken was overcooked and tasted like bad fry oil, and the potatoes were under cooked. They didn't include any of the sauces that are supposed to come with the items. I ended up putting in a complaint with Uber Eats, along with a picture of the food, and they refunded my money.

Does the restaurant have any way to associate that refund with me, or does Uber Eats provide a buffer? I normally like the place, and I'll probably order from there again, but I don't like spit in my food.

I worked at a restaurant that did Uber eats and door dash, trust me no one is paying attention to any of the names or numbers. there's too much shit going on to pay attention to that.
