Usually I only use about half but sometimes I dip my tongue in the packet a few times ^.^

You're not supposed to drink the broth. It's just meant to season your noodles. Do you drink your pasta water when it's heavily salted? Hell no; you dump it then eat the seasoned pasta. Use some sense, boy.

I use the whole packet for one bowl AND add soy sauce for extra flavor

I boil water to cook the noodles and strain them. Then I dump the powder with just enough water left on the noodles to dissolve it so that it's really not a broth, but more of a sauce. Shit legit looks like zoomer hair on a plate vs. whatever soup most people make.

>Boil noodles
>Strain, reserve a small bit of hot water

Wala, carbonara. I eat this once a day. My blood pressure is high.

I've started doing this method recently and I like the outcome. I also watched a video of some old Korean women making ramen at her little ramen shop and she added the seasoning while the water was boiling as well. I also only add about 1/2 of the packet, if that. I'm also a fan of using the bare minimum amount of water to cook the ramen so you end up with very little broth. I add two beaten eggs during the last minute or so of cooking and that shit is just so fucking delicious. the eggs soak up the seasoning like nothing else.

>> No.18120666

I throw away the packet and make my own broth.

>Draining the water and eating the noodles
Yes
>Adding the flavor packet before draining the water
Retarded and robs you of most of the flavor.
>inb4 it doesn't mix in unless you mix it in water
Wrong, if you put the flavor packet contents onto the noodles after draining the water it mixes in completely with zero effort.

kneegrow, I use half a packet very time... sometimes even less. maybe your taste buds are just fried from years of abuse, but I have not found more than half a packet to be necessary at all for my personal taste.
